Ski Coaching

During each camp we will be working towards general skills, in order to improve each skier on the fundamentals movements. As well, we will start building up performance, pushing each individual towards becoming the best skier they can be.
This is the ideal way of keeping up the technical abilities developed during the past winter and prepare towards a strong upcoming season, starting december with a huge tool box of exercises for teaching and self training. And ripping from the first turn… best ski instructor course

Topics will include:
  • general skills development
  • piste performance (towards the highest possible level achieveable by each individual)
  • Introduction to freestyle (air time, basic tricks, switch skiing)
  • introduction to gates (brushes and stubbies in slalom)
  • short turns (towards the slalom carved short)
  • short turns variations
  • carving variations

Fitness Coaching

Working together in the summer also allows us to look into the fitness routing you are carrying out and how to change it for the best. Together we can work on different aspects of strength, flexibility, endurance, balance etc in order to make you achieve the highest performance.
